About the program 
Valdosta State University has partnered with Global Academic Ventures (GAV) to offer a unique Winter Break study abroad program called "doing Business in Hong Kong" December 09-20 2018. This intensive course is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of current business environment in Hong Kong by examining the political, economic, social, cultural, and legal factors through lectures, case studies, and meetings with business executives. 
The visiting students and faculty ill network and interact with Hong Kong's corporate ang government elite to get a very hands-on experience. 
Program Fee: $3,900 
A $500 nonrefundable application fee is due at the time of application (deadline: August 30, 2018) and is subtracted from your total fee. 
Payment is made in two installments. 
The first installment of $1000 is due on August  30, 2018.
The second installment of $1500 is due September 15, 2018. 
Final Payment of $900  (a nonrefundable airline ticket to Hong Kong will count as this last payment).

***Program fee does not include tuition, textbooks, passport and related expenses.***
All costs are subject to change because of unanticipated increases in airfares or other program elements or fluctuations in monetary exchange rates. We will make every effort to keep program costs as advertised and will inform prospective participants of any changes as they occur.
