International Business in Croatia

About the Program 
croatia“International Business in Croatia” is part of Langdale College of Business (LCOBA) rotating study abroad program to Europe. This year’s program is a 23 day study abroad opportunity in Zagreb, Croatia. Located in Southeast Europe, Croatia is at crossroads to the Mediterranean, Central Europe and the Balkans. Students will stay in a centrally located hostel and utilize the facilities of Zagreb School of Economics and Management (ZSEM), the first AACSB Accredited Business School in Zagreb, Croatia. Students will have the opportunity to earn up to six academic credits through hands-on experience with company visits and limited classroom time.

Besides Zagreb, students will explore the Istria and Dalmatian Regions including a visit to Dubrovnik, known as “Pearl of the Adriatic”, located on beautiful Adriatic coast. Students will visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and have the opportunity to experience cascading lakes and waterfalls. The trip includes a visit to Ljubljana and Lake Bled in Slovenia and the city of Venice in Italy.

Program Fee: $2,950

$200 nonrefundable application fee is due  on January 18, 2019 and is subtracted from your total fee. 
Payment is made in three installments. 
The first installment of $1,250.00 is due on February 8, 2019.
The second installment of $1,500.00 is due April 17, 2019.

Study Abroad Scholarships are available for Langdale College of Business Majors.

***Program fee does not include tuition, textbooks, visa application fees, passport and related expenses.***

Program cost includes airfare, insurance, accommodation, most in-country transportation, course-related field trips, excursions and most meals.
