VSU STUDENTS Please wait at least 24 hours after you apply to a program before attempting to sign the signature documents/waiver forms. After 24 hours, your age should be recorded and you will be able to sign electronically if you are at least 18 years old.

If you are still unable to sign electronically after 24 hours, edit your date of birth in your profile. Your age will then be recorded and you will be able to sign if you are at least 18 years old.

NON-VSU STUDENTS Upload a copy of your passport to verify your identity. If you do not have a passport, please fax the signature verification form to 229-245-3849. Once the SA Office receives your passport copy or signature verification form, you will be able to sign the waiver forms.
